Orders :
After validation of the order, the customer receives a confirmation message to the given email address. This message contains the order number that must be mentioned at each exchange.
The order does not become final until payment has been received.

Nature of the works sold :
All abstract paintings for sale on the website are proposed by artist Karima GUEMAR registered at the artists' house under the number: 851 583 807 00017.
This status entitles businesses to a tax deduction. The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, distribution or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Karima GUEMAR retains his right to his creation. Any use of the visual of the works must be the subject of a request for prior authorization.

Payment security :
All credit card transactions are carried out on PayPal, offering and ensuring a completely secure payment system. Your bank information entry page is encrypted, so your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are not communicated to Karima GUEMAR.

Delivery shipments :
The delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within 14 working days.

Terms of return :
In accordance with article L121-20 of the code of consumption, you have a withdrawal period of 15 days. During this period you can return the work (the cost of return postage will be at your expense).The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the work.

Liability and Warranty :
This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
